How do I get reimbursed?

Pay for your seat now to secure the founding price. We send you a formal invoice within 24 hours. Submit that invoice to your company's stipend or expense system along with the course details. The reimbursement email template in the section above gives you everything you need to get manager approval first if required. Most managers say yes the same day.

Why are there no dates yet?

Dates are confirmed once 5 seats are paid. This means you join a real cohort with committed peers, not an empty room. Once 5 seats are filled, all enrolled participants receive the schedule directly. The cohort starts within 2 to 3 weeks of the 5th seat being confirmed.

Do I need a technical background?

No. This cohort is built for HR and Talent professionals, not developers. The tools we use are designed for non-technical operators. Hardik specifically designs the implementation sessions so that someone without a coding background can follow, build, and own the outcome independently.

What if I miss a live session?

All sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can watch the recording and still complete the assignment. That said, the live sessions are where the real implementation happens and we encourage attending at least 80% of them.

What tools do I need before I start?

A laptop, a Zoom account, and access to at least one of the core tools you already use in your organisation. You do not need to purchase anything before the cohort starts. Week 1 covers tool setup and audit as part of the programme.

What does office hours mean in practice?

Between each live session, you can book a 30-minute slot with the instructors to work through something specific to your situation. Stuck on a workflow? Not sure how to connect two tools? Book a slot. This is where the actual implementation often happens.

How does the team rate work?

If your organisation is enrolling 10 or more people, the rate is $300 per person. We issue a single invoice to your L&D or finance team in USD or NGN. The group joins the same cohort together, which means your team builds shared workflows and a shared language around implementation.

What do I get at the end?

A completion certificate issued once you finish 80% of weekly assignments and your final group presentation. More importantly: working automations running on your actual tools, a 90-day rollout plan, and a business case ready for your leadership team.
